Kitchen Hand

We currently have an opportunity for a versatile Kitchen Hand to join a great team within a well known CBD venue.

In this part-time position you will assist Chefs as well as being responsible for sanitation and safe food handling.

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

• Previous food preparation experience in a commercial kitchen
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Impeccable grooming and maintain good personal hygiene standards
• Strong communication skills and self-motivation
• Flexible availability to work during week days
• Understanding of OH&S and Food Safety practices
• Food Handling & Hygiene Certificate would be an advantage
