We are currently recruiting for a Kitchen Hand to join our Bourke Street Mall.

In this role you will:

• Take pride in your work and understand the importance of teamwork
• Work closely with the Chef and Chef de Partie to maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
• Maintain the orderliness of food supplies and equipment, monitor sanitation control as well as kitchen equipment maintenance
