One by One has a rare opportunity for a highly experienced and passionate Barista to join the team. New and fast growing cafe in Keilor East, looking for career Barista's to join us. The successful applicant will be working in a well-established specialty coffee café that has built its reputation around a strong focus on a high-quality product, service and fostering customer loyalty and rapport. Each member of our team has a passion for exceeding customer expectations to ensure these values are maintained.

The successful applicant must have the drive and passion to meet these standards along with, but not limited to, the following qualities and skills;

- Minimum 2 years experience with specialty coffee.

- Have a very good understanding in the roasting and brewing of coffee.

- Work in a fast paced environment producing consistent, high quality and high volumes of coffee.

- Have the ability to work autonomously when required.

- Have strong communication and customer service skills.

- Have knowledge working with EK Grinder.

- Have some experience working the floor.
