Our new menu includes delicious seafood, meats, fresh salads as well as a range of sumptuous pub food specialties catering to the local market. Our traditional style pasta sauce is made with flavorsome local ingredients and our signature Napoli is full of fresh, vibrant ingredients available to capture the traditional home-style methods.

We are now looking for a Full-Time “super-star” chef, who has been a successful HEAD CHEF or SOUS CHEF or ANY CHEF with experience to join the FRATELLI Frankston team as Sous Chef / Food Brand Ambassador.

Located in Frankston, this role will oversee the BOH operations and support our Head Chef and business owners to Deliver Positive Results thru Quality Food& Service.

This role is a hands on, where you will be cooking in an outlet, as well as the management of the BOH.

Reporting to the Head Chef and Business Owner, this role requires:

• Several years’ experience cooking Italian cuisine

• Proven sizzle in a leadership capability and experience

• A passion for providing high quality food

• The ability to work closely with the chefs to ensure efficient food production and quality control

• Fun and authentic Menu creation for weekly specials with the Head Chef

• Enforcement and training on compliance with hygiene regulations and HACCP principles with kitchen staff

• Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to ensure minimal wastage and spoilage of Food

• Training and Development of junior chefs

• Being on top of food trends
