COOK REQUIRED INBUSY INDIAN RESTAURANT

Biryani Nation isrequiring an experienced Cook specialising in Indian cuisine to work full timein our Indian restaurant.

Duties:

·cooking a wide range of Indian dishes including dosas, biryani's, IndoChinese

·wash, peel, cut and seed fruits and vegetables to prepare them forconsumption

·season and cook food according to recipes or personal judgement

·portion, arrange and garnish food, and pass to Front house staff forservice

·assist chef where required

Experience:

Must have a minimumof 3 years experience.
