No1 Lounges is an independent airport lounge provider. With eight locations in four major UK airports and an impressive international expansion plan set to roll-out in 2018/19, No1 provides passengers with the opportunity to make the most of their pre-flight time. During 2017 No1 welcomed 1.5m passengers from all cabin classes to indulge in a wide range of facilities, from fully-tended bars to bedroom pods. We are excited about our expansion into the Australian markets and are looking for talented individuals to join our team to help roll out a set of lounges in three major Australian cities.

PURPOSE

You are a key player in the team and you ensure that our lounges are always pristine and clean. You pride yourself on the lounge being spotlessly clean front & back of house and that all areas, including the toilets, showers and prayer rooms are always ready for guests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that each toilet, shower area and prayer room is cleaned and sparkling
• Ensure that your attention to detail is second to none, everything has a place and is polished to perfection
• Ensure that all areas of the lounge are clean and hygienic at all times
• Willing to help out in every section and give special attention to an area, when needed
• Always available with the right products in order to fulfil the task at hand
• Ensure you are engaging, greeting every guest with a hello, a smile and always saying goodbye

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Experience in housekeeping in a premium establishment
• Experience working to a shift pattern

SALARY

• $20.25 per hour
• Superannuation guarantee
• Shift penalties applicable under HIGA 2010
