Brighton Soul is looking for experienced full time chef/cook to join the crew. (part time positions considered)

Breakfast & Lunch service ONLY - NO LATE NIGHTS

Kitchen open 7am-5pm

Immediate start available.

Flexible shifts during week but must be available on weekends

You will be required to work around 40 hrs per week (2-3weekdays + weekend). extra shifts available if your after more hours. Pay is per hour.

Team consists of 4-5 chefs and 3 kitchen hands (3chefs during week and 4 on weekends + kitchen hands for prep)

To be successful you will need:

minimum two years experience in similar role

knowledge of common Melbourne's brunch dishes

availability on weekend

enjoy presenting beautiful food and have attention to detail

be professional, clean, organised, good time management & "can do" attitude

ability to work independently and unsupervised

follow procedures in place

work quickly and be able to multitask

enjoy working in busy places and under pump

Service according to standard

Prep

Stock control

Ordering

Opening & Closing Procedures
