restaurant pedigree and be interested in making your mark on premium venue whilst being creative and passionate about food and providing high standards of food service.

You

Creative flair and industry passion is a must

Responsible for product ordering,stock control and waste measure.

Construct menus with new and existing culinary creations.

Ensure the kitchen is maintained to sanitation and cleaning standards.

Communicate clearly with all staff to ensure effective kitchen operations.

Positive attitude and ability to thrive under pressure.

Food preparation and cooking,plating,presentation.

Full qualifications essential.
