About the role:
Reporting to the Facility Manager at Bayview Aged Care Facility, located in Carrum Downs VIC, we currently have the opportunity for a Head Chef to join our team and provide exceptional food services to our residents.

The role would require the successful applicant to work 0900hrs-1700hrs Monday to Friday, on a full time basis.

Successful applicant will possess:

- A Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery/preferably be trade qualified
- Hold Food Safety Supervisor Competencies in HACCP or equivalent Food Safety Certificate
- Aged Care cooking experience is advantageous
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory bodies, legislative requirements including accreditation, local council and state government
- Sound knowledge of texture modified food and thickened fluid
