Miss Ruben is a beautiful , modern diner with an expanding boutique catering arm known for its sophisticated approach to casual food.

We are looking for a well credentialed chef to run our ever expanding catering arm.

The successful applicant will have in-depth food knowledge of current trends, be able to assist in menu writing, prep, food development and the ability to work off-site on our up-market events.

We are looking for someone with a detailed approach to presentation. The right candidate will need to have proven experience in plating up "pretty" food, love cooking, be well presented and able to work independenly and as part of a team.

Ideally they will have some baking experience and a background in a la carte or up market catering.
