As a Head Chef your strengths will lie in all aspects including:

- Financial savvy – COGS, labour, reports, budgets
Experience in smart casual dining is essential! The right candidate for us will have held longevity in previous roles, have a fantastic relationship with their team, in addition to possessing the skills required to excel in a large kitchen! You must have a Cert III in Commercial Cookery.
