We require a Head Chef who can actively demonstrate

•passion and creativity

•sound knowledge of food costs and labour costs

•high level of hygiene and keeps their (open) kitchen presentable at all times

•Ability to manage other staff efficiently

•Progressively build a sound team of chefs
