Skills and experience

The Premises Cafe is seeking :

• A self motivated, business minded chef with a passion for the food industry to take control of kitchen operations
• This is a hands on role that requires knowledge of the Melbourne cafe & restaurant scene
• An understanding of all facets of running a busy kitchen
• Applicants must able to work well in a team
• Have at least 2 years experience as a Head Chef.
• The successful applicant must be positive and motivated to uphold the high standards of food preparation & customer service of the establishment.
