We are seeking a dynamic, creative and career focused Head Chef to lead our Kitchen team.

Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen operation. You will have culinary flair as well as a motivating leadership style to support your enthusiastic team of Chefs.

You will also have:

• Previous experience in an a la carte and functions environment.
• A confident, modern and creative cooking style with a strong emphasis on quality and presentation
• A strong understanding of food cost and control
• Experience in month end stock take
• A flexible approach in adapting to guest requests
• Great communication skills and ability to develop a motivated cohesive brigade.
• Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure
