Sebastian Beach Grill & Bar is an exciting new multi-faceted venue in Williamstown from the brains behind San Telmo (1 hat), Pastuso and Neptune Food & Wine.

Work with a custom charcoal grill and smoker with opportunities to develop your skills in curing, pickling, grilling and smoking the highest quality local and exclusively imported produce.

We are looking for an experienced Head Chef with a stable work history and proven track record in managing large teams, achieving performance targets, and developing team members.

We recognise that we need to pay for experience, skills and talent. If you have stable experience running high volume operations we should talk.
