Applicants must have experience in the following:

1. Corporate and Finger Food Catering organisational and presentation skills

2. Gourmet Salad Making

3. Prep Skills

4. Creativity with design dishes

5. Good Attitude and ability to work hard

6. Able to lead a team of experienced cooks, caterers and kitchen hands

7. Catering Experience is essential

8. Must be Presentable
