Head chef

This is a full time position where you will be managing, leading and motivating our kitchen team.

This role would ideally suit a current Head Chef or an experienced Sous Chef looking for the next step in their career.

• Ideally you will have experience in a similar role or are an experienced Sous Chef seeking to take the next step in your career and make an impact.

Chef

You will be responsible for the planning, preparation and production of all food products at the venue as directed by the Head Chef.

• Hold at least a Certificate III in a relevant course with at least 2 years of on the job experience, or Certificate IV in a relevant course.
• Have experience with Asian cuisine (ideally Thai food)
• Be reliable
• Be hard working
