We’re on the hunt for an experienced Head Chef to join the bustling Richmond Club Hotel.

We're looking for a Head Chef who shares our values, who brings passion and positivity, who will drive their own growth and the growth of their team, and isn't afraid to challenge us and the way things have 'always been done' in order find the best solutions. Our people are the heart of our business so we’re determined to find an absolute legend to help us continue to raise our standards and take the Richmond Club Hotel to new heights.

This role calls for someone who feeds off the intensity and excitement of a busy kitchen. Our new Head Chef will passionately lead a tight knit team to produce a high volume of consistently high quality food.

With ongoing training, there will be ample opportunity to further your skills and progress your career within the growing Sand Hill Road family. Having just added the legendary Espy to our portfolio - our biggest venture yet due to open in November - this is an exciting (and busy) time to join the team.

So, if you are a Head Chef who has:

• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• The ability to lead and manage an efficient team
• Exceptional time management skills
• The ability to control and exceed budget expectations
• A strong understanding of labour figures and the ability to roster accordingly
• Experience accurately costing menus
• A strong understanding of control measures, COGS, and KPI's
• Experience developing creative menus
• An understanding of computer-based stock management systems
• And of course a passion for great food
