We are looking for a passionate individual to lead our Breakfast team at P.S. Bar + Kitchen.This is a morning and day-time only position, where you can still work with great cooking.

If you are looking for an opportunity with seriously good food, in a good kitchen, or you have been working in a kitchen boasting Hats; our Kitchen crew has a great core and we are looking for a talented Chef to lead the team. You will enjoy working with the team at Pure South Dining.

The Executive chef has Michelin Star head chef experience; he oversees a Fine Dining kitchen upstairs, and a more approachable fun offering downstairs which offers Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. There is an overlap between the two kitchens in suppliers, produce and teamwork.

Pure South is based on an unwavering and unique 'produce driven' ethos. The produce is exceptional, managed by relationships with artisan farmers, fishermen and primary producers, all from Tasmania including Flinders Island & King Island. Pure South is at the top end of Melbourne dining.

We are looking for chefs who wants to be proud of their cooking and the restaurant they work in. Someone who can add to the team with their efforts and talent. The current kitchen team is very solid and enjoying a very healthy work environment.
