The Naked Racer Bar Cafe in Cheltenham is looking for a Head Chef to join our team (FULL TIME)! We are a family based business and we thrive on quality food and service.
Located in the heart of Antique Motorcycles, displaying over 250 classic motorcycles and memorabilia, this is a venue that is like no other!
Our unique environment
Having a venue inside a motorcycle shop/museum attracts a special kind of clientele, one that is fun to engage with. Our kitchen is an open kitchen, so you will be working in a fun environment, being able to see the floor and still be part of the action.

Skills & experience
You will have a minimum of 4 years previous experience as a Head Chef with proven experience in leadership, menu development and creation, and strong financial acumen.
You will have a hands on approach and a strong work ethic to ensure success in this role.
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge
- Previous budget, forecasting and COGS, labour experience and be able to work within budgets and targets
- Previous experience with creating, planning and costing of menus
- Current knowledge of FHS procedures and OH&S
- Exceptional health and hygiene standards (Both in kitchen and personally)
- Current Australian recognised commercial cookery qualifications
- Able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and public holidays
