A fully qualified chef or experienced cook is required for our cafe/restaurant in Berwick. We are a busy venue trading day time only, 7 days per week

The successful applicant must meet the following:

-Fully qualified and/or have extensive experience

-Ability to work effectively in a very fast paced, high pressure environment

-Display culinary skills of the highest order

-Capable of applying current trends and processes

-Display flair, initiative and a superior attention to detail

-Exceptional organizational skills

-Must display a positive attitude, especially at busy times

- Friendly manner and ability to work well in a team

-Work effectively with front of house staff

-Must be reliable, honest and punctual at all times

-Work independently within the scope of head chef and owner directions
