Busy French restaurant in South Yarra is looking for a Chef de partie to assist the Head Chef in the kitchen.

Must have VERY GOOD knowledge of French food.

The successful candidate will have the following:

·* Minimum 5 years experience in a restaurant or similar environment

·* Ability to work in a very fast paced kitchen

·* Passionate about French food

·* Ability to work in a dynamic team environment

·* Good leadership skills

·* Good communication skills

·* Strong work ethic

·* Flexible attitude (weekend work)

·* Trade qualification (Cert III in commercial cookery)
