Andiamo Trattoria is looking for an experienced pizza maker to join our fast growing team who ARE NOT Prima-donna's or have Attitude's. The successful applicant/s will be part of our kitchen operation working in our fast growing operation with locations in Abbotsford, Rhodes, Summer Hill and Chippingdale. You must be dedicated, motivated & energetic TEAM player who is reliable & have a passion for giving our customers the very best. Our theory is simply to provide good food, at good prices, good service with consistency in both food and service being the key to our success. To be considered for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate the following: Sound knowledge of all kitchen/pizza procedures & operations. The ability to roll by hand The ability to work with both Woodfire and Electric Stone base ovens. The ability to consistently maintain an exceptionally high standard of Pizza Excellent customer service skills Relevant trade qualifications & or experience Sound knowledge of food hygiene practices Immaculate grooming & presentation Flexibility with rosters with the ability to work nights & weekends and typical hospitality hours Strong communication skills with a positive attitude & a strong work ethic Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure the ability to work in a team enviorment Monitoring portion and quality control Maintain a clean and orderly workplace RELIABILITY, punctuality an absolute MUST Own transport is desirable To join this movitated team and you have Australian Working Rights. send your cover letter, current resume and availability to [email protected]
