Empire Bakery is growing its Viennoiserie Team and we are looking for pastry chefs to join us in a full time capacity with opportunities for training and career progression.

Ideally we are looking for:

• at least 2-3 years Experience as a Pastry Chef/Baker
• Viennoiserie experience (though not obligatory as full training will be provided)
• Able to both take and give direction
• Physically fit
• Full Rights to work within Australia
• Ambitious
• Inventory management skills
• Able to ensure high quality standard of all products

We are seeking someone who is looking to join a team and have the opportunity to contribute to a growing and dynamic business.

• 38 or 45 hour working week.
• Pastry kitchen operating hours begin from 5:00am 7 days per week
• Salary negotiable depending on experience.
