The applicant must have:

• Minimum two years' experience as Floor Staff within a similar position.
• The ability to be Flexible and Adaptable
• Exceptional Food / Wine Service
• Current / Valid RSA
• Wine Service Knowledge
• Basic Cocktail Skills
• Customer Service
• Exceptional Food / Beverage Pairing
• Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering information systems
• Excellent presentation skills
• Be able to work well under pressure and during peak times
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong ability to work in a team.
• Strong Coffee making Skills
• Must be self motivated, reliable and have a passion for this position
