Working under Head Chef the ideal candidate will have:

• The ability and creative flair to take the Head chefs vision to the next level.
• Knowledge/interest of gastropub food and current food trends.
• Ability to work within a team lead by the Head Chef.
• Be able to control the section and deliver consistency under pressure.
• Maintaining high standards of food presentation
• Ordering stock and supplies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Maintaining a clean kitchen and OH&S standards
