Working under Head Chef the ideal candidate will have:
- The ability and creative flair to take the Head chefs vision to the next level.
- Knowledge/interest of gastropub food and current food trends.
- Ability to work within a team lead by the Head Chef.
- Be able to control the section and deliver consistency under pressure.
- Maintaining high standards of food presentation
- Ordering stock and supplies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Maintaining a clean kitchen and OH&S standards
