Gramercy Social is looking for committed full time chefs/cooks with an easy-going personality who possess energy and passion for the industry to join our friendly team.

Our food & drink inspiration is New York, which allows a broad cuisine encompassing Mexican, barbecue, deli & bistro.

We are part of the iconic Cullen Hotel in Prahran where we are responsible for all food & beverage.This includes breakfast, a la carte dining, room service, conference & events.

As our ideal candidate, you will need

• Be reliable, well organised & a great team player
• Be available to work over a seven day roster,including weekends
• Have worked in similar high volume venues, with experienced in all sections of the kitchen
• Demonstrate a positive attitude & excellent communication skills
• Thrive in a busy environment while maintaining an eye for detail
• Be self motivated & eager to continually learn
