About the role

As a Duty Manager / Shift Supervisor you will assist the management team in offering 'hands on' support on all aspects of the store operations.

You will also be responsible for :

Supervision and training of employees;

Controlling Cost Of Employment (COE);

Maintaining stock levels through monitoring of wastage and effective ordering;

Administrative duties including collecting invoices recording of food safety requirements);

Limited cleaning duties including washing dishes and tidying dish area.

About you

Previous experience in a supervisory role;

Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety;

Positive, proactive individual with outstanding leadership skills.
