Mr Hive Kitchen & Bar features a warm, rustic dining area complete with inviting communal tables and a lively bar area serving irresistible snacks and shared platters.

We have an amazing opportunity for a highly skilled cook to join our 5-star team in the Mr. Hive kitchen and Room Service for Metropol Hotel. Your responsibilities include assisting in the day to day operation of the kitchen which caters to Mr. Hive, Metropol Room Service and Functions in Level 28. You must be resilient and flexible with a positive can-do attitude to meet the demands in this fast paced and challenging environment.

What you need:

• Experience in a hotel kitchen, preferably 5-star
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team environment
• Ability to maintain high and consistent standards
• Understanding of food safety standards and HACCP
• Ability to work across a rotating 7day roster including weekends, early morning and late nights
