• Proven experience as a Cook in a similar environment
• Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen operations and exciting food trends
• A passion for adhering to OHS, Food Safety & HACCP regulations

We are looking for highly motivated and all round awesome Cooks who wants to showcase their appetite for producing exceptional food and demonstrate an understanding of the latest trends and healthy eating principles.

We need you to be available Monday – Sunday, including public holidays with full availability.

So, what would you be expected to do??

• Produce incredibly delicious culinary offerings for our new pizza outlet
• Prepare and present mouth-watering and innovative dishes for our boarding students
• Maintain an awareness and present options for nutritional healthy eating
• Champion allergy awareness
• Influencing food costs via portion control, waste minimisation and stock control.
• Uphold the fantastic customer focus at all times, responding to feedback positively and proactively
