The Position

We are currently looking 3 x Part Time Cook’s to join a newly created team based in Moorabbin, Victoria. In this role you will be responsible be delivering an “authentic Chinese menu” to 176 students studying Aviation, residing onsite in purpose-built accommodation facilities. To be successful in this role, you need to be available Monday – Sunday, between the hours of 5am and 8pm – working a rotational roster.

Key Duties

• Food preparation, sandwich making & use of fryer
• Set up, replenishment and clearing of buffet
• Other duties as required by the manager including maintaining the cleanliness of the café
• Serving food and beverages
• Provision of excellent customer service to clients

The Person

• Cooking experience (qualifications not mandatory)
• Strong work ethic - willingness to learn and be part of a fast-paced dynamic team
• Proactive multi-tasking independent hard worker
• Exceptional communication and superior customer service skills
