We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Cook/Kitchenhand to join our small team in Pascoe Vale. Hardwork, ambition and creativity is essential!

The suitable candidate must be easy going, open to new ideas and concepts and loves to flaunt their creativity in a small kitchen to create dynamic dishes with exceptional plating skills.

Ideally,you will have the following qualities:

• Previous experience in a similar role is essential
• Be qualified with a minimum of 3 years experience
• Organized and able to work both independently and as a supportive team member
• Share a passion for producing great food and have good current food trend knowledge with an ethos built on quality and consistency
• Able to work under pressure in a professional and polite manner
• Must be reliable, punctual and trust worthy

The duties of this position are but not limited to:

• food preparation i.e food cutting - exceptional knife skills a must
• dishwashing - using commercial dishwasher and washing by hand including all other cleaning of commercial kitchen preparation
• front of house duties on occasions
