A dynamic opportunity exists in the bustling Banquets Kitchen for an experienced and hard-working Cook to join our amazing kitchen brigade on a full-time basis.

As the Cook you are responsible for assisting in the effective operation of the kitchen during meal periods, by working as a team with other staff to provide the high quality and level of service to all customers. You will ideally possess recognised culinary training and/or employment within hotels/resorts with breakfast experience whilst your strong focus on food quality and presentation is essential.

You must be available to work a rotating roster across a 7-day week including evenings and weekends.
