We are looking for a passionate and creative Centre Cook, with experience in an early childhood setting to join our team. You will be required to prepare morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea for the children in our care.

We are looking for someone with a love of food and children, who can provide a culturally diverse and nutritious menu for growing bodies!

This is a Permanent Part Time position, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday through to Friday.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Previous experience in managing a high volume kitchen
• The ability to cater for allergies and dietary requirements
• A passion for food, menu planning ideas and excellent time management skills
• The ability to ensure a clean and hygienic kitchen
• Ability to manage food budgets and shopping orders
• Experience in an early childhood setting would be highly desirable
• Food Safety Certificate is essential
• Working with Children Check
