We are seeking an enthusiastic experienced Cook/Chef.

Duties and responsibilities:

1. Food preparation
2. Documentation
3. Working within a multidisciplinary team
4. Supervision of kitchen team
5. Compliance with the Food Safety Program

The successful candidate will possess the following:

1. Current qualification as a Certificate 3 or 4 Commercial Cookery
2. Current police check
3. Sound knowledge and experience
4. Supervisory skills
5. A sound understanding of Food Safety legislation and accreditation requirements
6. A good understanding of continuous improvement and OH&S requirements
