About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chef / Cook to join BlueCross Livingstone Gardens on a part time basis. Located in Vermont South, Livingstone Gardens is a 210 bed facility across 4 floors.

The role is Sunday - Thursday, 1pm - 6pm.

About You:

• Good interpersonal communication with staff, residents and families.
• Must be organised, have good time management skills and clean work processes.
• Diploma in Catering / Cooking or Cert 4 Commercial Cookery preferred
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate preferred
• Food Handling Certificate
• Knowledge and experience with modified texture food and drinks.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Understanding of OH&S, Food Safety legislation and record keeping.
