Chapter House Coffee is a small café located in the heart of the CBD. We pride ourselves on being a professional and friendly cafe supporting the local community.

We are searching for an experienced chef/cook whom has catering experience and can take control and be responsible for the catering needs of our high end clients. You would need to have most importantly an eye for detail, passion and enthusiasm as well as the following:

• Have experience working in high volume, fast paced environment
• be able to effectively and efficiently prepare, cook and serve food in accordance with menus and ensure a high level of quality and presentation is achieved at all times
• ability to cope under pressure
• effective time management skills
• have passion, enthusiasm and natural flair in the culinary space
• be able to communicate effectively
