Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in similar role
- Wok experience and knowledge in Asian cuisine
- Understanding of food safety
- Strong work ethic and a “can do” attitude
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
- Excellent communication and presentation
- Time management and organisational skills
- Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
