Responsibilities and Duties

- Eye for Details

- Bed Making

- Laundry

- Detail cleaning in the time frame

This position is for a subcontract house cleaner, who is available to take on the equivalent of a full time and part time workload.

***Some Saturdays required. Some evenings required. Some emergency work required.***

This position would be ideally suited to an experienced cleaner, however, training is available and inexperienced candidates with the 'right' attitude and flexibility may be considered.

Our sub-contractors provide cleaning services to real estates, commercial clients and private residence owners.
This position is ideally suited to a person who wants to put their mark on the role and have some influence in growing the business.
To uphold our professional reputation our sub-contractors are always neat in appearance, reliable, punctual and hard-working with good customer service skills.

You will need:
* an ABN
* Police Clearance.
* Public Liability Insurance (u can get later)
* a current driver's license
* your own vehicle & equipment (preferred) or you can hire this from us
* to be available to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.

* organized and able to plan your work
* able to handle heavy physical work
* provide high-quality work
* participate in an on-call roster system [on a rotating basis]
* able to finalize an invoice, quote or other business transaction directly with a client
