We are currently seeking experienced casual Chefs and Kitchen Hands to join the team at the Croydon Hotel.

As an integral part of a venue team you will be responsible for contributing to our kitchen team by providing outstanding quality food to our Food and Beverage patrons.

We are seeking candidates with the passion for cooking and the essential experience in a large bistro environment.

We require the following for this role;

• Experience in a similar role
• Ability to work effectively in a large team environment
• Understanding of current Food safety legislation
• Excellent commmunication skills
• Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) or equivalent (not relevant for Kitchen Hands)
