Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to work in the Pasta/Risotto and also

Mains/Grill Section at our busy restaurant serving modern Italian and casual cuisine at

Southbank/CBD. The location is easily accessed by public transport.

We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Chefs to join our busy team.

These are full time salary based positions, reporting directly to the Head Chef.

Experience will include: extensive food and product knowledge, provision of consistent

quality and presentation in a fast paced high volume environment, ability to work under

pressure, working within a team and minimum 3 years experience working in the

Pasta/Risotto and Mains/Grill section of the kitchen.

Work is five shifts over a 7 day rotating roster which may be lunch or dinner service

including on weekends and public holidays.

Attributes will include: a passion for food and customer focused.

References are essential upon application.

Excellent salary package is available for the right candidate.
