We are recruiting the remainder of our kitchen team for our much anticipated multi outlet Carlton venue due to open within a few short weeks.

We have a number of final kitchen positions available including, chef de partie, demi chef, breakfast chef and pasta chef.

To be successful, you will demonstrate:

• previous commercial cookery experience in contemporary casual and bistro style venues
• a high level of interpersonal skills
• attention to detail
• flexibility to work a rotating roster
• capacity to work under pressure and in a team environment
• outstanding verbal communication skills
• a dedication to food excellence and a passion to producing exceptional results
