Staff Solutions is a recruitment company that connects and places international chefs with restaurants and venues within Australia. We are experienced recruitment experts, and former chefs, who specialise in connecting employers with prospective chefs from all around the world. We specialise in managing the immigration and relocation aspects for our clients to offer support in ensuring a smooth transition to Australia. We utilise a range of immigration experts to facilitate the immigration process and our extensive Australian hospitality networks to place employees (chefs) into positions which suit their skill level and employment requirements.

Unlike many recruitment specialists we specialize in applications from international candidates who do not yet have working rights in Australia. Our service assisting finding employment in Australia- helping connect talented international chefs with great Australian venues. Once we find the right fit for an employee and employer we begin the visa application process.

Staff Solutions are currently searching for eligible Chef / Cook candidates age 25 -43 for a number of chef job placements in Australia where working visa sponsorship are available. We have jobs start immediately in Melbourne and Sydney. Our clients are employers who are seeking skilled for candidates experienced in a la carte restaurant, banquet, café and bistro style service.

Base salary starts for positions through Staff Solutions is 60k P/A – 75k P/A on a 38 -hour working week. This includes four week paid annual leave and sick leave.

Skills and experience:

· Minimum of 5 years of work experience

· Fluent in English

· Commercial Cookery certificate or Diplomaof Hospitality

· Between the ages of 25-43

Or

·More than 7 years experience in a commercial kitchen
