Job tasks and responsibilities

Applicant will be responsible for everyday running of the kitchen, including preparation, rostering and implementing processes and procedures which will help with the growth and expansion of the business.

Skills and experience

Applicant will have extensive experience Organising and running a professional kitchen.

Implementing ordering, preparation, rostering and general housekeeping procedures.

Must be experienced with Mediterranean cuisine and preparing, cooking and serving gyros.
