We are looking for an industry focused, motivated Chef with a passion for food.

Job tasks and responsibilities:
We are seeking a supportive, good humoured head Chef with creativity, knowledge and professionalism to lead our skilled and hardworking team at Four point grind.
The Chef at Four point grind responsibilities include:
- Design of an attractive, delicious, well balanced menu that focuses on produce and culinary excellence.
- Full responsibility for kitchen operation, ensuring every dish is well executed, consistent and on time with impeccable standards of food handling and hygiene standards in compliance with all regulations.
- Managing & maintaining OHS standards
- Maintain a profitable kitchen, with a keen eye on food costs, quality, supplier relationships and wastage.
- Maintaining best practice food handling and kitchen sanitation process
- Lead and motivate the team- You will play an important role in the business and contribute to our growth
- Trust and autonomy- We place trust and autonomy on our Chef to run our kitchen without any micro-management
This is a full time position where you will be managing, leading and motivating our kitchen team.
This role would ideally suit a current Chef or an experienced Sous Chef looking for the next step in their career.
- Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role or are an experienced Sous Chef seeking to take the next step in your career and make an impact.
