Skills and Experience

4 years minimum experience as a Qualified Chef

Demonstrated proficiency in all aspects of kitchen management (rosters, menu design, food ordering & control, food safety programs etc.)

Up to date knowledge of current food trends

Proven experience in managing a team within a high volume venue

Chef trade qualifications, including Food safety Supervisors Accreditation

Possess strong organizational and decision-making skills.

Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively

Must have exceptional hygiene and grooming habits.

Positive, friendly attitude
