We are a unique seven day a week entertainment & hospitality venue with a range of racing and non-racing offerings including bistro & race night dining facilities, function & conference rooms, 41 room four-star hotel, gaming lounge and sports bar & TAB. THE OPPORTUNITY

Our team is searching for a trade qualified experienced chef who is seeking to further their professional career in the Hospitality industry. You will work a 9 day fortnightly roster in a high volume fast paced kitchen bistro operating 7 days per week.

Duties include:

• Ensuring effective operations of the Kitchen during meal periods
• Maintaining high service standards
• Ensuring cleanliness of the kitchen at all times
