TIPICO is your not so 'typical' Italian restaurant located in the heart of Windsor. Moving away from your stereotypical Italian restaurant, TIPICO breaks all the rules and is sure to create public discussion. Our head chef has created a unique dining experience, merging the latest food and cocktail scene in Milan to the streets of Melbourne.

Key Duties

• Developing, implementing and maintaining standardise systems/procedures for the day-to-day running of the kitchen
• Ensuring a high level of food quality and consistency at all times
• Creating a positive BOH environment, where everyone has the opportunity to succeed
• Assist with mentoring, training and development of staff
• Ensuring the regular and accurate stocktake and control of all stock, supplies and equipment
• Identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement in food quality
• Adhere to all occupational health, safety and food regulation guidelines
