The Moldy Fig is a restaurant bar that focuses on New Orleans style food - a cuisine which takes influence from Spanish, French and Italian cooking. The role comes with the opportunity to be creative with our blackboard menu.

The right candidate will be a team player who is happy to pitch in and help out in all areas of the kitchen, have the ability to work well under pressure, have a high standard of hygiene and can cook with flair in our open kitchen.
