We are happy to take a person that has just graduated or even someone that's a second or third year apprentice who wants to learn. As a minimum you need a Cert 3 in Commercial cookery.

You will have the opportunity to have input into the menu and we are always open to trying new ideas and adding new dishes to our menu.
